Gisele Bündchen now lives next door to 32-year-old Hudson News heir

Gisele Bündchen can now go next door to read the latest news about her own life.

Her newest neighbor is 32-year-old Hudson News heir, Robert Cohen II, The Post has learned. Yes, that Hudson News — the widely recognizable fixture in airports and train stations that sells everything from novels to hair brushes. It’s also considered one of the largest book and magazine distributors in North America.

Cohen purchased the home right next to Bündchen’s new place in February for $12.87 million.

As for Bündchen’s new home, it all comes as part of her split from Tom Brady. She filed for divorce from the football star on Oct. 28 after 13 years of marriage. She bought the Miami mansion next door to Cohen’s that same month. Spanning 4,000 square-feet, the new lair is right across the water from Tom Brady’s currently under-construction home on Indian Creek Island, Page Six reported.

Made up of five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, Bündchen bought it for a cool $11.5 million.

Cohen’s grandfather, Robert B. Cohen, was the founder of Hudson News — which opened its first chain of newsstands at LaGuardia Airport in Queens in 1987. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 86 at his home in Palm Beach. At the time of his death, he suffered from progressive supranuclear palsy – a neurological disorder.

The younger Cohen purchased his six-bedroom, eight-bathroom abode from Stephane and Delphine Nadal — who owns So Unique Interiors, and who renovated and customized the home before selling it in a record Surfside-area deal.

Spanning nearly 7,000 square feet on a double waterfront lot, Cohen’s home boasts views of Biscayne Bay. Features include porcelain tile, recessed lighting and a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, according to the previous listing. Amenities also include a pool and spa.

In 2019, there was talk that Cohen’s father, James Cohen, would work to acquire the National Enquirer. But that never materialized.

Now owned by Swiss travel retailer Dufry AG, Hudson News operates close to 1,000 Hudson stores in the US and Canada.

Meanwhile, Bündchen made several secretive real-estate moves in the months leading to her divorce.

In February, apart from this other Florida home, she quietly purchased a three-bedroom, three-bathroom cottage near Miami Beach for $1.25 million, The Post previously reported. That home is likely going to be used as an office space, staff quarters or a little getaway when she needs some alone time.
